The Challenge
Bayer required an engaging internal environmental communication space capable of transforming its Johannesburg canteen into a more inviting and brand-aligned employee environment.

The Approach
Drawing from Bayer’s international corporate communication system, a large-scale environmental branding solution was developed using typography, imagery, wall graphics and stretched canvas installations. The communication system highlighted Bayer’s core business areas while reinforcing innovation and corporate culture.

The transformed space delivered a more engaging and visually cohesive employee environment aligned with Bayer’s global brand identity.
