The Challenge Bayer South Africa required a refreshed internal publication aligned with the organisation’s global corporate identity system while improving communication clarity and stakeholder engagement.
The Approach Working closely with Bayer’s corporate communications department, a flexible editorial template system was developed incorporating global typography, colour palettes and photographic styles. The structure was designed to support a broad range of content while maintaining visual consistency and readability.
The Outcome The redesigned publication delivered a fresh and contemporary communication platform capable of supporting employees, investors and broader stakeholders through clearer and more structured editorial communication.
